There isn't just one cut and dry way of coping with the disease
because of all its different parts. At first, it might seem like an
overwhelming amount of information is thrown at you. Our system is
designed to address everything from the emotions that come from
being diagnosed, to educating and re-conditioning your conscious and
unconscious mind in the way you live your life successfully with

Volume 1 - Emotional Diabetes from Victim
to Victor: In this part of the system you will come to
understand the emotions that come with diabetes and how to shift the
control back into your hands. This part reconditions your thinking
to believe that you now can take control of your eating habits, as
opposed to letting them get away from you.
Volume 2 -
Diabetes in My Life : Mindful Choices / What I crave: In
this part, you will be educated on healthy choices, and then
recondition your unconscious mind to help you actually make healthy
daily choices and create daily routines. Where the mind goes, the
body follows, with healthy suggestions on nutrition and
exercise.
Volume 3 - Think of stress, and your mind
will create stress: This part educates you on the effect
stress has on a person with diabetes. The next step, is to teach you
through relaxation, the tools you can use in your daily life to
reduce stress and focus your mind on the everyday success of
controlling your diabetes.
